Knowledge Management and the Intersection of HR Policies in Tax Administration

The West African Tax Administration Forum (WATAF) is hosting a two-day virtual training workshop aimed at officials responsible for human resources functions within member countries’ tax administrations. The workshop, scheduled for May 2–3, 2024, will focus on the theme: “Knowledge Management and the Intersection of HR Policies in Tax Administration.”

The workshop will prioritise the following objectives:

1. Delving into the intricacies of operations within tax administrations, while also assessing the pivotal role of expertise and knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
2. Exploring best practices in human resources processes pertaining to knowledge management.
3. Deepening our comprehension of how knowledge management impacts job performance within tax administration.
4. Facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange among human resources professionals within the West African region’s tax administrations.

This workshop offers an opportunity for participants to engage with cutting-edge insights and collaborative discussions in the field of tax administration and human resources management.
