The West African Tax Administration Forum (WATAF) is hosting a two-day virtual training workshop aimed at officials responsible for human resources functions within member countries’ tax administrations. The workshop, scheduled for May 2–3, 2024, will focus on the theme: “Knowledge Management and the Intersection of HR Policies in Tax Administration.”
The workshop will prioritise the following objectives:
- Delving into the intricacies of operations within tax administrations, while also assessing the pivotal role of expertise and knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
- Exploring best practices in human resources processes pertaining to knowledge management.
- Deepening our comprehension of how knowledge management impacts job performance within tax administration.
- Facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange among human resources professionals within the West African region’s tax administrations.
This workshop offers an opportunity for participants to engage with cutting-edge insights and collaborative discussions in the field of tax administration and human resources management.
